This practice is for everyBODY and is designed to get you to open up and explore the possibilities in your body and mind. The class is designed to get you deeper into your back bends from full wheel to dropping back! We will open up the front body, psoas and quadriceps in a safe way so the body can move more freely. Step out of your comfort zone with intelligent sequencing that allows you to feel good as you drop into the unknown.
